  • Charlie Mitchell

    Head Coach, UK F.C.

    As head Coach of the Women’s Program, Charlie is overseeing both the WPSL Division 1 and WPSL 2 teams.

    With a UEFA A License and a UEFA Elite Youth License, Mitchell is currently part of the FA Women’s Elite Coaching Programme and holds an MSc in Sports Coaching from Leeds Beckett University. His coaching résumé spans top clubs and national teams, including:

    Currently with Gwalia United - 1st Team Assistant Manager (Women’s National League England), U21 Women’s Academy Head Coach – Bristol City FC, First Team Coach/Analyst – Pafos FC (Cyprus 1st Division), Assistant Coach – Trinidad & Tobago Women’s National Team & much more

  • Ciera Fox

    Assistant Coach, UK F.C.

    Ciera Fox brings a wealth of experience to UK F.C. as an assistant coach. A former standout at VCU and Villanova Women’s Soccer, she has developed a deep understanding of the game at the collegiate level. With a strong background in attacking strategies, Ciera plays a key role in shaping UK F.C.’s offensive approach.

    Beyond her coaching duties, she has been a dedicated one-on-one trainer for UK Training for the past five years, helping players refine their technical skills and tactical awareness. She also coached with UK F.C. last year, providing continuity and expertise to the program. Her commitment to player development and passion for the game make her an invaluable part of the UK F.C. coaching staff.

  • Matt Bolduc

    Assistant Coach, UK F.C.

    Matt Bolduc returns to UK F.C. as an assistant coach for the girls’ team, bringing a decade of professional playing experience to the program. As a winger in the pro game for 10 years, Matt developed a deep understanding of attacking strategies, which he now applies to coaching. His expertise in movement, creativity, and offensive playmaking makes him a key asset to UK F.C.’s tactical approach.

    Beyond his time with UK F.C., Matt has also coached youth teams in Richmond, Virginia, helping young players refine their technical and tactical skills. After coaching with UK F.C. last year, his return provides continuity and a high-level perspective that will help elevate the team’s attacking play.
